iPS Powerful People, currently active on the Fehmarnbelt project with both JV's  FBC & FLC, was established in 1988 and is an international service provider in the fields of recruitment, secondment, crewing and payroll solutions. iPS serves the Maritime, Civil and Energy industries. Since June 2020 iPS provides personnel for the Fehmarnbelt harbour works at Rodbyhaven commenced June 2020 by Boskalis & Van Oord. Also for the wind park Kriegers Flak iPS provided the personnel.
